  • Q: Does your product provide warranty?

     
    • Brand new products:  New machines (including accessories) are provided with a one-year warranty.
                If there are separately purchased machine parts purchased at different time,
               we provide 7 days to1 year warranty according to the different types of parts.
    • Out-of-warranty repair: 
                    The warranty only applies to the parts replaced this time. Other parts still belong to the original warranty status.
               A. The replaced part is new: The warranty period of this part begins from the time of purchase.
               B. The replaced parts are used and well-repaired: According to the different types of parts, we provide 7 days to 3 months warranty.

    The above warranty exception reminder:
      If it is found by the technicians that the damages are from mishandling the product, the warranty does not cover after confirmation by the supervisor. the company has the right to refuse the warranty of the project and treat the repair as an out-of-warranty repair.

  • Q: I have a problem with my machine, how can I report to you for repair?

    Contact our company's technical staff to explain the fault condition and assist us to the preliminary inspection. If the technician cannot directly eliminate the problem, we will require sending the machine parts back for further inspection and repair; if it is necessary, we will also make an appointment with you, and assign technical staff to your company to troubleshoot on site.

    Precautions:
    1. After inspection, if it is confirmed by technical staff that the send-back machine for repair is not faulty, our company will charge for the inspection fee, and the shipping fee will be paid by the customer.

    2. If there is a machine fail within a week after the warranty status starts, the shipping cost will be borne by our company.
     
  • Q: What is the transaction process of your company?

    After customer confirms the product demand, our company will make a quotation confirmation and send it to the customer for confirmation.

    • For customers who are trading for the first time: Only accept cash on delivery and wire transfer before shipment.
